Summary This is a spatially double-size variant of the
standard GaborME.0.0 model. The
spatial Gabor filter was constructed using a Gaussian SD that is twice
as wide and a spatial frequency that is 1/2 that of the standard
model.
Results
Results are similar to those for GaborME.0.0, except that the peak of
the SF tuning curve is one octave lower.
Discussion
The gain before the Poisson spike generation is set to 1/4 of that for
the standard model, to account for the doubling of the linear filter
in two spatial dimensions.
