write_stim_seq

Write to a text file the random stimulus sequences (e.g., for STA analysis) associated with experimental data files and model files.

Output types

• plain - values separated by spaces, trials by newline
• column - values for each trial appear in columns
• xplot - xplot format

Parameters

• int_flag (0) 1-round to integer
• binflag (0) 1-binarize stimulus.

  THESE MAY NOT WORK FOR MODEL DATA:

• derivflag (0) 1-take derivative
• ternflag (0) 1-make ternary
• gaussflag (0) ?
